The Essence of My Words

Leander is an aspiring writer who reads excerpts from his works to women at speed-dating events to test if they are accessible for broader audiences. At one of these events, the woman he has been writing about appears to him. This short film was made for the 99 Fire-Films award – it was written, shot and edited in 99 hours.
